All prices displayed are Exclusive of VAT (VAT will be calculated at checkout). All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order. Green Block Group reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
Payment must be received and cleared before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery is facilitated through independent third-party courier and logistics providers.
Estimated delivery times are generally between 3 to 5 working days from confirmation of payment and order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location, stock availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier operations. Courier costs will be calculated at checkout after delivery address has been updated.
Green Block Group shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery service providers.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify Green Block Group of any shortages, damages, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.
Returns may be accepted for unused products in their original packaging, subject to approval and applicable return policies.
Custom, special-order, clearance, or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
